    It's only 2000 HH to me that's very much on the low side .... heavy rain can come anytime of the year so would opt for the jrc at 5000 . My two man is 10000 HH

    I would still go for the JRC , with the same reasoning as Chillfactor, plus material is likely to be a bit more robust anyway .

    Appreciate what you are saying CF, but I'm not a winter fisherman and am only likely to use this during the Summer months. I know you can't guarantee decent weather, even in July/August, but as I say I'm not going to be venturing out during the traditional "downpour" months.
