mrcarp
Hi guys, There may already be threads on this subject but nothing came up on a search! I have a trip booked to fish Meadow lake, which is part of mirror pool fisheries. I have a certain amount of info which is available by the website, but am hopeing that I will be able to build a better picture of this place with your help! The trip is booked for April 17th to the 24th 2010. Does this sound like an ok time to fish this particular part of france? Any info is much appreaciated! Mrcarp! fatfish
If the weather is good to you you should do well one hell of a fishery with some very good fish. You could have a very big hit that time of year if you get it right. Take a good bait and plenty of pellet and sweet corn they seem to love it at the start of the season. Good luck

You will love it Fished 'Millstone' last year and had some cracking fish to 47lb (Float fished corn in the margins)
markww
we fished meadow last september and are going again this october. we had some cracking carp up to 66lb. it might have been the time of year, but we were taken over by the cats in there. we had quite a few including two 88lbers. most of the carp were caught from the first swim on the dam and the left side of the double swim. they stay with the wind. cracking lake and wayne is a top bloke and will help with anything. good luck mate
