Where to fish near Oxted in Surrey ?

Hi all my names Dan im movin down to Oxted from N. London 26/06/09 lookin for good places to fish Day ticket best as would like to take my boy on Monday 29th june also any good clubs to join would be wicked to ? many thanks

hi mate welcome to the forum, i have done a search and not found much at all, but if you put surrey in the search there are quite a few threads there that might be of help, hopefully someone will come along and give some tips on the area you want to fish.

I know a nice lake in oxsted it has carp to 26ib.it is twenty pound for 24 hrs thay dont advertise but its down pope lane it is arond three acres with two islands .If you have truble finding it just post me and will try and get you a phone num for them

Try out hunters lodge in copthorne (other side of East Grinstead)for a PB - nice owner and good fishing on the specimen lake with good fun on the runs lake. Only thing I will say is ring before you go as the spec lake is by appointment only and the swims do get filled quick..

There are a few around

 

East Grinstead there is Beaver and Stub Pond, Godstone Vineyard

 

Only fished Beavers not the other two so note sure, near Edenbridge there is Gabriels Fishery

 

Pretty sure Oxted and Edenbridge have clubs
