carpingod150 Posted January 28, 2008 Report Posted January 28, 2008 Nice one Jesue. Oh and... Don't crimp fluorocarbon, its likely to shatter. I don't think it says that anywhere on that site Quote

bissami Posted July 7, 2009 Report Posted July 7, 2009 Has anybody used crimping alot now? if so any good advice on what brands to use and what tool is the best? Thinking of starting to use them (only about a year behind everybody else) any advice would be appreciated, Quote
tonybranno Posted July 7, 2009 Report Posted July 7, 2009 I gotta admit ive never crimped anything (apart from my wire pike traces). So i really cant comment on this im afraid. All i know is that Wychwood do, or did do a crimping set. Thats all the advice i can give. Quote
bissami Posted July 7, 2009 Report Posted July 7, 2009 Thanks for your honesty Tony, i hope that a few more people read the post. Its not that my knots fail at all, i was just thinking it is a more tidy way of presentation. Quote
tucker74 Posted July 7, 2009 Report Posted July 7, 2009 Just another art to be lost in time, knots and whipping wire traces Quote
