richardlee Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 Does anyone know of any venues in France which are suitable to use simple waggler float tactics to target large carp, as opposed to using ledger and bite alarm methods? Thank you. Quote
mrs_rusheslake Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 Until last September we, as most venues in France, advised our anglers that fish rarely come off the top. To prove us wrong one of our anglers, decided to float & even fly fish which resulted him taking a few nice 20's & a very decent 30. Quote

salokcinnodrog Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 Whats the name of your venue then please? Rushes Lake If you go to the Sticky about Fisheries in France Mrs_Rusheslake and her husband (apologies I can't remember his name) have a post on there about their fishery. If you look or search for posts on Rushes Lake I'm sure you won't hear a bad word about the venue. Nick Quote
jemsue5 Posted January 12, 2008 Report Posted January 12, 2008 Excellent venue for a few decent fish that pull your arm off. Quote
