josh_reynolds Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 I just found a bubble float in my tackle box and was wondering, if wether I filled it with water could it be used in place of a lead. as the lake I fish in winter is very pressured and I think I may of found my self a little edge. chris_rowland2005 Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 I tried this a few years ago and could not get the float to sink. I tried different liquids of different desitys. I used one for a short period attached to my led full of boilie dip with one of the holes open. I had some good results for a few sessions then the bites seemed to dry up.
