Carp fishing rod's

I have 2 x Nash 10ft X300 3lb TC carp rods. I only fish small lakes, in the margin most of the time. I keep thinking 3lb TC is too much. I'm not interested in massive carp, my  pb carp is 25lb, which I'm more than happy with.

If you are happy using them then don't worry about it. Why do you want to change?
