frogy
Hi guys I'm thinking of getting some snag ears but don't know which to get for my set up. I use a Nash H-Gun 3 Rod Pod, JRC Radar CX Alarms and Fox Black Label Slik Bobbins. Don't want to pay huge amounts of money but have heard the NGT ones are no good so you get what you pay for I suppose. Thanks. bluelabel

pooter
I bought a pair of NGT. The metal base is very soft and will soon strip the thread so glue them in. Edited May 9, 2017 by pooter bluelabel
yonny
I bought a pair of the NGT too, my first run on the snags saw one of the 'ears' tear from from the base, nearly lost the rod and by all accounts the fish should have been snagged (luckily I managed to extract it). They are rubbish, a liability and not fit for the purpose of actual snag fishing. Bin them mate, a fishes life could depend on it. bluelabel
