Tony Posted March 16, 2017 Report Share Posted March 16, 2017 Just got back from genesis lake in france. Went for a long weekend 3rd march 2017 to the 6th. I wasnt expecting too much. The weather wasnt too bad when i arrived but soon changed for the worse. A night of thunder and lightning. 80mph winds terential rain most of the time and 0c and snowing when i left, But that didnt put the fish off in the slightest. I had the lake to myself and at the end of the weekend i had landed a wopping 43 carp. 6 30s to 37lb and new pb common at 46lb 4oz. And the rest alot of mid to high 20s to 29lb. Most of them i had dureing the day with mutiple takes with one in each net which eddie supplies, If you want good fishing and to get a bend in your rod after a long winter. This is the place to go. I even walked around and stalked a 28 out thr margins i could see, Eddie who owns the lake will sort your every need and very helpful to anything you want.
