welder Posted January 19, 2017 Report Posted January 19, 2017 harpz, Willesley Lake has gone all secret squirrel for some reason. It's now managed by Redfins Angling which is a tackle shop in the area of Willesley 01530 272864 will find them. Also, they have a presence on Facebook as Willesley Lake, funnily enough. From what I can glean it's now gone membership only which is a result of litter/rubbish being left by day ticket users in the past. I found an old link from a good while ago referring to the lake being for sale, other than that......dunno. Ian Quote
harpz_31 Posted January 20, 2017 Author Report Posted January 20, 2017 cheers welder, just looked on redfins website and at the bottom theres a bit called local information and it sez they've took over willesley lake but its limited tickets Quote
yonny Posted January 23, 2017 Report Posted January 23, 2017 Mate showed me a pic of a common from here this weekend. A very nice fish indeed. Think in the last couple of years a lot of the fish have started reaching good sizes (30+). It was day ticket but has gone syndicate/members only. Loads of info online if you have a really good look.
