Side hooked baits

Just wondering how many people still consider putting their bait on the hook.

 

Reason for doing and not doing?

I'll side hook a floater whilst surface fishing but that's about it.

If you're freelining then Kryston floating putty is great.

I'll have a look at it mate, I bought some cheapo stuff of eBay once and it was horrendous, might as well have been using poo.

Get on the fermented floating poo.

 

Soak in molasses for a week then boil.

Worm and prawn really don't work that well if not side hooked
