Anyone for france sept 2012 ?

Do to unforseen circumstances , I need a travelling partner for my trip booked 15th sept.

I am on the lincs, camb, norfolk border but could perhaps pick up on route to dover / Folkestone or meet near them.

the lake I have booked is around 15 acres with a maximum of 6 anglers , fish to 60lb with a good few over 50 lots of 40s and a average of over 35, no crayfis and no possion chat to worry about.

I would want someone to share costs of fuel ,ferry and tolls ,no van hire to pay as I have my own , the lake also has a excellent food package if required (I recommend it ) .

I am looking for someone who will enjoy it first and foremost as a holiday ,rather than the must catch at any cost type of angler , though if the weather is kind and you fish well several fish will be on the cards, catches of 20-30 fish a week is not uncommon with 10-15 realistic ,blanks are few and far between , though I did get close last year due to some very poor weather conditions ( mid oct )

Anyone interested please pm me.

A deposit of £75 plus half ferry / tunnel costs would be needed asap, balance of cost of trip is payable 8 weeks before travel and the food package is paid in euros on arrival.

I have no other association with the fishery other than like fishing there as its a very nice lake in nice surroundings with very friendly owners.

This lake is very difficult to get a booking on so grab the chance while you can.

Brilliant lake with a really good owner who knows his stuff but he's getting on a bit now so might need a helping hand to walk round the lake each day.

Oh bless him he is not that bad :D , you are right though a brilliant lake ,on the subject of lakes Keith , Jim has told me when I have been over that yours is one of the few he would pay to fish.

Thanks for that and you would always be made welcome mate.

It would certainly be different now, compared to when you originally came, only the big catfish and big carp left in here now.
