Right carp gurus, im off to france next year to le friterrie, as anybody been or heard anything about the place, ive got a tiny bit of info, but if anybody as any ideas please feel free and advise a french carping virgin :oops::D thanks in advance.

you should do mate. i would try and fish it on the move, maybe bait a spot then try and pinch a few fish to settle me down and then sit it out on the now couple of day old bait with no lines in the way for a couple of days. :lol: depends how many are on.

 

Thats going to be my tactics for a weeks time. :lol:

Nice one jamie 12 acres and theres five of us going, you have to draw your peg number and away you go, going to just use bags and a few offerings on two of my rods, and one bait heavy and sit it out, be nice to catch a 30 :D:D if i blank at least ive had a crack at it :wink: im not forgetting fake corn and maize rigs as well :wink:

I've been there several times. I liked it - wouldn't have said it was particularly hard - least I caught in a week was 11 fish, most 22. The fish generally showed a lot. Last time I went - 3 years back - I was plagued by tench on boilies - strangely a switch to plastic corn started to single out the carp?!!
