Looking for a good carp lake near to Thetford Norfolk

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a good carp lake within about an hour of Thetford, Norfolk (IP24)

 

I can't afford huge syndicate fee's, as I know I have got the Nunnery Fisheries right next to me but so I have been told the fee's are over a grand for the first year and you can't night fish it either, so a really good day ticket water where you can night fish would be fantastic, especially as I want to improve my technique and become better! lol

 

Could also do with finding a fishing buddy as I hate fishing by myself with no one to talk to and if they could give me some help and advice that would be fantastic

Can't wait to get back near to Milton Keynes, loads of lakes, river and canal to fish!

There's the Kingfisher lake just outside Thetford..... Just do a web search and you should find some info.

Kingfisher has now gone over to syndicate @ £200 and i cant afford that!!

Im based in Norfolk too and most day ticket waters are about £20ish for 24hrs, that seems to be the going rate. You have places like catch 22, pentney lakes etc
