hello im new,

im looking at going away in july 2010 over to france for a week, ive had a quick look on the forum but couldnt find anything on this lake "Petit Pretre" it looks gd and sounds gd and the price is also in my budget.

im an ok carper i know what im doing and have fished on some pretty tuff dorset waters, im looking to go somewhere, where i can take my girlfriend and be into fish pretty easily and readily...30+ kinda fishing (im not expecting it to come on a plate or should i)

i live in bournemouth so looking somewhere within a 6 hour or so drive?

dose anyone have any info on this water, or ideas on where i can fish. i know there is loads of info on here but its quite confusing on where i should start looking, all the lakes ive looked at look tastey!!!

o and my girlfriend will be none fishing

any info would be great...

dont know if this helps, but if you could get a small group together (4) then look at carpquarry, they doing a special for june/july looks a great place with very good facilitys , if you like it get in touch with gordan, he has a web banner on here in fishing holidays 8)

I really dont want to butt in, but we at Rushes have only 2 single vacancies this year...

Weve had a guy cancel his week for July 17th he was booked into Stumps swim and owing to the circumstances in which he had to cancel I would love to get his money back for him.

We are a fairly easy water and an ideal venue for WAGS... lots of information on here.

I really dont want to take any consideration away from any other sponsor lakes, and Gordon has a lovely venue and is now doing single bookings.

Hi Chris

We are now taking single bookings at Carpquarry and we are free for the week you want at the moment as regards the price to go with the special offers for June/July I can do it for £150 for you and £50 for the non angler £200 total you may have to share the lake with a max of 3 others but if no one else books you could have the house and lake to yourself. If you get the ferry from Plymouth to Roscoft we are only an hours drive.
