As I understand it, it's now owned by a private individual who allows family and friends to fish it. To be honest, they are welcome to it. Joe, I agree that it's a pretty place to be, I would describe it as a pool rather than a lake. It started life as an irrigation pool serving a potato/vegetable farm and became a small fishery when commerce overtook farming. penker Posted April 16, 2010 Report Share Posted April 16, 2010 I really did enjoy fishing there, had some beautiful fish from there and ed the owner was a smashing man. The only downside were the Bivvy crawling rats the size of cats that came out at night...
