I shall remind you of that ^ [emoji90]^ when you are loading this thread up with the pictures of your beasts [emoji12] you seem a determined guy and I have no doubt that the pictures will be sooner rather than later keep at it and you shall reap the rewards [emoji16]
And that's a very nice offer to make.....I may try and sneak out for a walk round to coincide with your visit on the 19th and say hi/see how you are getting on...... If you do t mind
I think you answered your own question mate, that's what I would be inclined to do anyway....like you said it's a starting point, I need to get out fishing I'm starting to lose the plot not being able to get out!
I was merely asking a question, I don't need it solid or malleable but...... as the thread is about a drop off pebble which is solid I thought maybe a an alternative cheap material instead of pebbles
Nothing ventured nothing gained! Without trying to sound like an a hole you've not caught from there yet if I have remembered correctly..... So look at it as a lesson you'll learn a bit more about a different area of the lake and if things go in your favour you will break the blank....if you go home all you have achieved is spending money on fuel for no reason. Fingers crossed for you [emoji16]
Lol, well from what you have just said I think I will probably give it a miss until the weather gets a bit better, as I have said before I'm way down low on the knowledge scale when it comes to "leading about" and all that jazz.
Looking at the size of that place there is no worries if me going past the half way mark lol, although I have fished for years I'm only just getting back into it and pretty much learning from scratch so I'll just go about it my own way and take on board any pointers and see how I get on....nothing ventured nothing gained
Hope it's ok to post this if not please delete

It's a session on Bayswater highlights what nealjt was saying about the swims 8/9 rather well
I did actually type Bayswater into the search bit and only two comments came up... One was you and one someone else but it was Somin about accommodation so to speak ;p
Thanks for the link though
So yesterday I accidentally stumbled into a tackle shop and purchased the Bayswater ID/key/ membership and was wondering if there is anyone on here that fishes the day ticket lake that would offer up some advice/ tips re baits and rigs and the like?
Cristian it's the pva that runs the ought the pebble (I think). It seems the whole point is to dump the pebble on every cast.... Cheaper than dumping leads
