  4. Check the stickies at the top of :- http://www.carp.com/forum/21-uk-rig-tying/
  5. The new Crell Impulsive Fused boilies, normally £17.38 per kg, but as it's you and your buying 30kg, I'll let you have them for £16.50 per kg. (don't tell anyone, I'm a failed tester and got loads of it spare ) I guarantee that if you don't catch on them, your bathroom and kitchen will sparkle like never before. Not bad discount if you ask me. It's got some good stuff in it.
  6. I can't see this Country ever doing that (community bbq areas, free fish, social events ). It makes alot of sense as it gives the kids something to do during the holidays, family time; there have been various campaigns to get kids fishing, but unless it's the latest game most of them don't want to know.
  7. Why do they stock trout and allow you to fish for free and I presume take some for tea?
  8. I must have missed that one?
  9. There are several discussions on here Jimmboy

  13. Throwing stick, you can make one with tubing quite easily; might need some practice and experimentation though. Plastic ruler with some sort of case on the end (a plastic lid cut down and probably shaped) Blow tube, not sure on range though. If it's warm, maybe worth freezing some in water, that will give you some weight to throw it. Follows Phils post (thought for the day I think) on his remote control boat. Bagging waggler, basically a feeder on the end of some heavy duty dowling, then mix your feed up with groundbait or ovaltine (sticks bait together) and launch it to where you want it.
  14. Yep you fit in just fine
  15. I think you'd have got a warning if you had; you may have posted on another thread or it just didn't post which sometimes happens. What did you say
  16. Sorry I was naughty and used some journalistic editing and mis-quoted you fel cheep to pik my upon bard grma nd mspelin My thoughts exactly
  17. Pulling your leg ddddggggxxxxdan
  18. Only use something if it makes life easier, by the sounds of it they don't. I find that I usually end up cutting the loop to get the hook length off when loop - loop with a swivel and so don't do it, you may find it easier. There are swivels with a hook on the other end, it does need a piece of tube but sits much better on the line. This time of year though anything is difficult with cold hands, tube splitting, banana hands at the best of times dropping everything all part of the fun
  19. You are so at home here
  20. Try using a piece of silicon sleeve to cover the quick link. Make sure you've got a big enough eye on your swivel, the knots can be quite big. Yes but test it to check. I've tested several lines with a single overhand knot and some [lines] slip, so if in doubt use a figure of eight (pass through twice). I have and do, it may split but will hold in my experience.
  21. Hi Altura, Are you having problems at the moment with something? The answer may not be dropping the lead. There are a few methods for dropping inline leads doing the rounds. Third question: who are "they" The more information you give, the more information you will get back
  22. Cheers Tim Glad it's unisex otherwise I wouldn't be able to use it I'll speak to them when I've got my Carping Registered Accessory Panel ready for launch; it's got a gold look inner lining, a threaded doer upper, it's tangle free and a has got a masked point free loading system (patent pending), can't tell you anymore than that yet (it's a secret(ion)) just need to sort out the finer details like function, price, bs and media storm.
