i take it you mean gold valley in aldershot. from a match fishing point of veiw its not a bad venue, from a carp anglers point of view its not good starting with the price £35 for 24hrs is shocking. the lakes look a bit baron they cut to much plants and trees back leaving it to exposed lacking features.u have to use there pellet and so on. you have to remember it is a match fishery so it should suit your needs rather than mine so i am biased i actually believe they turn nightfisherman away as they prefer day fishing only

there is a article in this months carpology mag about wildmoore saying its a great place to fish and we shouldnt bitch about it on forums if we dont know the truth. dont spread rumours. who said they were rumours the evidence is all there for us to see

Hi all i am off to france for my first french fishing trip and was just after some advice. tips heads up. handy things to know about or be weary off. i have very little info i know that my lake i will be fishing allows night fishing but do we need to get a special license. what baits can we take on the ferry without breaking any rules. i know about driving in france and about having hiviz and a red warning triangle is there anything else i need to know

i would give twynersh in chertsey a go 7 lakes to choose from and your always guarenteed a good swim fishing really well at the moment as well
