    Not a happy bunny, a proper carp run at 1.30 this morning, followed by a blooming cut off. Sling rod down in disgust climb back into sleeping bag, swearing.

    Thanks for al the replies guys, think im going to go for the Daiwa sensor. I know it's probably not the best line but after reading plenty of reviews (etc) seems although old line tech it is still good for what i need. Thanks Andy

    I have found switching over to tigers , slows the bream catch rate down if they get to much , assuming you can use them.

    My lake is similar mate. I use vitalin alot. Some days it's just bream after bream but others it seems if the carp are on it they muscle out the bream. At least you had the excitement of the bite alarms singing.
