Not sure if gate was locked. My first though was maybe there was some bio identification in use like finger print or eye scanning by the bailiffs, or maybe its that expensive to fish there you need to leave a kidney as a deposit. ..1 point -

I'd recommend not turning up fully kitted out in real tree, looking like a first class poacher. I'd go up under the disguise of a jogger, both for reconnaissance and getaway purposes.1 point
