    Hi all iv just got a ticket on sotas going to be on astbury water park went and walked it a few times yesterday looks ok pegs are a bit small but looks like could hold a surprise or to? Any one on there themselves ? I know its over 40 acres and nearly 50foot deep it looks like it shallows up the sailing club side and goes deeper opposite also you can see the bars in the shallows any tips or anything would be bang on Cheers Tight lines

    As the title says planning my first trip to France this year after a monster i have looked at a few lakes I'm thinking of booking roseau carp fishery as i was going to go to vallee lakes but after reading reviews I'm glad i didn't! If anyone has any suggestions or reviews would be grateful. Looking for 40lb carp and no further then 2 hours from calais as I'm going on my own as all the lads are messing around!     Just got back from the lake spoke to a few lads on there its run by cheslyn hay community angling club which is basically a local club run by the anglers about 35 members i got told anyway. I doubt i will get on there even tho i live down the road. Nice lads though but didn't want to give to much away haha who does. But at least that one is settled aye Tight lines

    Iv been to archline tackle they didn't really want to chat about it said they had no info :s and i know its very deep and it literally drops off aswell doesn't it i like a challenge

    After a quick search i think its to do with the crayfish in there and to stop the spread of disease but do not quote me i will do some more research and call the number on monday as prob no answer tomorrow

    Iv just tried the website it doesn't work your right. And was the gate locked as usual mate? I have no idea what bio security means :s maybe its just a deterrent so no one fishes it
