    I have to agree with Stuart (jonezy). Just land there and fish it. What's the worst that can happen? I've noticed this water whilst travelling on the Toll road, by the way, and have considered guesting it myself. Get in there. Ian

    Do a few trips during the spring. If you don't see any anglers, or any signs, just fish it. What's the worst that can happen? I suppose you could get shot but that's not very likely in this day and age.

    i know the ressa on the otherside of the road has been saved as a refuge for the locals by the M6 toll company mate, you might find that they own that bit as well, i did hear when i was working on the development of the toll that the government granted them the purchase rights to any fallow land for a 1/2 mile eitherside of the M6 toll to stop any building developments. sooo, make your own mind up about that one
