It started raining as we arrived and continued to rain for the following week only stopping for a few hours in total As we pulled up the owner and his wife were still their finishing off the new lodge. which they had done a cracking job on. We didn't stay in the lodge and opted for the bivvy just using the lodge for hot showers breakfast & dinner ! we had around 35-40 fish between the 3 of us over the week but we were not really fishing during the days as it was more of a social trip i think the biggest that came out was only 26lb but we had a good crack all the same. take some lighter tackle with you as u can have a good laugh catching little stockies from their smaller lake. All in all it was a good trip a good laugh with good facilities and a very pretty little lake. the swim closest the lodge did the most fish of the week fishing along the margins under the willows then the second most productive was the other end. any more specific question give me a shout, enjoy !
