Then click on the arrow. Then this appears Click copy link and you get a short code come up. All you need to do is click paste and bingo You want your link to be embedded like above. I think it's best if you try and include the title of the video in the title of the post as it will make them easier to look through. Hope this helps @salokcinnodrog might be useful as a sticky?
