Philw73 Posted May 24, 2021 Report Posted May 24, 2021 Hi all First post here and hope I can get some advice. I'm fairly new to carp fishing, used to coarse fish a lot many years ago and am now fully addicted to carp!! I live in surrey and was looking for some advice on good places to improve my skills. Im not obsessed yet with monsters as my PB to date is probably around 8lb, what I do want is a place with good doubles to provide some fight but well stocked so I can actually practice playing a the fish etc and not be waiting 24-48 hours for one bite off of an absolute lump! Im happy to travel but not too far as im still only doing 24-48 hour sessions max. I know im probably asking for the holy grail but im sure some waters are just naturally more prolific due to densities. Many thanks Phil Quote

Same for most day ticket waters, so I've heard. Yately has a day ticket water, I think you can get ticket from the tackle shop. Quote
