Chefgary1985 Posted August 11, 2019 Report Posted August 11, 2019 Evening all. Newbie post here so go easy đ¤ I'm currently using greys prodigy 1.75 rods with baitrunner dl reels. I can't get used to  stiff action carp rods and I fish predominantly on 2-3 acre carp lakes so casting g huge distances isn't an issue. The greys have handled fish upto 26 pounds & served me for countless trips and 2 pilgrimages to redmire (blanks I must admit but that's not the point is itđ)and am delighted with them but feel a slightly beefier pair of rods is on horizon. I'm attracted to the torrix 2 pound specialist rods. Has anyone had any experience of them? Thanks Quote
emmcee Posted August 11, 2019 Report Posted August 11, 2019 I've no experience with those rods but all my rods are predominantly Harrison blanks and have nothing but praise for Harrison rods. Quote
