TheKingTench
Getting quite tired of fishing commercial waters now. There are many reasons, but mostly because of poor conditioned/damaged fish and always cleaning up after other people. Would much rather fish a syndicate where people obey rules and respect the fish/environment. Can anyone recommend me a decent venue in the Midlands area? cyborx
i have just been looking at the WULAC site, £100 per year for what is primarily a match club but then the night ticket is £200. even their jewel in the crown norton mere isnt worth the £300 price tag to fish it effectively. TheKingTench
Just a non-day ticket water. Ideally a syndicate.

Bully-For-Me
Broadwater near Meriden is producing some stunning fish. Not fished it myself but know a couple of lads who did well on there. cyborx

I was thinking of taking a look at Lakeside, but I've heard it is devoid of any fish.

Bully-For-Me
Cyborx - I prefer fishing to sitting on the M6 -only joking but as a dog breeder my fishing time is restricted so need a venue close to home - more than content to spend my time on the Church Pool at Patshull.
