Hi all! I'm currently fishing on the yateley complex but that has no exeeded 4500 members and looking find somewhere a bit quieter! Don't mind paying or driving currently I'm based in Tidworth near Andover Wiltshire! So around a 1hr in radius! If you prefer to PM me then that is fine all help and venues appreciated thanks

Thanks all! The size of the water is not really an issue as long as it's not a massive sheet of water! For the stamp of fish a good head of 30s a few 40s would be nice but I know that is a big ask!

Welcome to Carp.com.

I've been debating to move this into New to the Forum or Where to fish, and Where to fish eventually won over.

What was the lake Mark Pidgely ran? I'm sure it was in that area...

Crayfish paradise it was, mentioned in some of Bill Cottams writings, and I believe in his book. Could be worth trying for some info!

I'm currently on the Farnham and was on cemex before they sold the Yateley complex, Farnham now has about 4500 members and is getting beyond, hence wanting a change to something more quiet
