pearbo Posted April 9, 2012 Report Posted April 9, 2012 24 hour+ North view - gedney - easy Bluebell - oundle - bit harder catch 22 - near dereham - a damn sight harder Swangy - atleborough - hard work day only dents bottom lakes - hilgay - if u don't catch u r a tool woodlakes - stow bridge - ranging from a challenge to hard Season ticket Bradmoor - narborough - 75 a year for nights - nice place with nice fish nar valley - just past pentney lakes - 150 for nights - lot of weed Quote
blythy Posted April 9, 2012 Report Posted April 9, 2012 nar valley weed hasnt ben a problem this last year, they have been washing alot of gravel which keeps abit of colour in the water which has kept it down. only ever geneva that gets weedy anyway, but the whole lake has been perfectly fishable the last year. Bradmoor-nice fish are few and far between, most have ruined mouths and led a hard life IMO Quote
pearbo Posted April 9, 2012 Report Posted April 9, 2012 Pit 1 has some lovely fish in, granted pit 2 fish have been round the block Quote
blythy Posted April 9, 2012 Report Posted April 9, 2012 havent they just pt 2000lb of bream in lake 1? i maybe going back on there this year if the rumours of a gate going up are true. i havent got the time to put into valley this year, you can do an odd night on braddy and be in with a chance of a fish or 2 Quote
nash_gadgeteer Posted April 10, 2012 Report Posted April 10, 2012 Not my sort of fishing, but you have got Willowcroft at Wisbech St Mary. Lots of info if you use the search facility on here: Here's one to start you off... https://forum.carp.com/carp-forum/viewtopic.php?t=50358 Quote
