Hinksay top and bottom!

just wanted to find out what was in these pools?

 

i've been told the bottom one is well stocked with carp to just over 20lb and the top one has carp to 36lb so the baliff told me the other night.

 

anyone got anymore info?

ha ha dont no about a 36lb mate well ive never heard of any over 20 cummin out and biggest ive had is about 15lb think its just baliff trying to big it up mate. i thought the bigger ones were in the bottom.

No way is there a 36 in the top pool, both have fish to just over the 20 mark but the top pool fish have been mullered over the years.

Their ain't nothing round the 30lb mark but 1 or 2 low twenties I do pretty well on cat food their

so which one has the better fish?

 

I know the bottom pool looks the nicer pool, but i fished the top one the other evening and it was so peaceful, all the walkers etc go around the bottom lake! i had one mirror carp at about 9lb

i fish the top alot more i feel alot more confident and have had better sessions and larger carp out of that one

which pegs are good? i fished down by the overhanging tree on the top pool. what size you had them to?

15 biggest iv had my mate had 19 .... yes overhanging tree is my fav spot they seem to patrol just infront of it I usually put one their and another out into middle ... however finding a solid bait to use I'm unsure catfood, sweetcorn or meat iv had them on last time I went I think every carp in pool was on the surface theirs loads of them quite heavily stocked in my opinion
