    Marchamly is good pool fish it quite regular , always busy tho ! also have a dabble on newport canal can be quite entertaining somedays !

    iv used nash one too never had a problem with it but currenlty im using ESP Strip tease i also rate that highly too !

    No never fished it cause of rumours car being damaged locals causing trouble i have walked round it loads tho seem cracking and to be honest recently i have not heard a bad thing about it so i might have to do a night or 2 on their soon !!

    Thursday Paper ! i went through all old papers got in recyclin bin i started to doubt myself so had to double check

    im sure it was shropshire star his pb carp 30lb from Apley Pool Wellington it said , then it also mentioned two other of his biggest catches 22lb merrington and 15lb from another pool which i can not remember

    i know grange pool iv seen some decent fish on top about 2 weeks ago their just having walk around though their was no fishing their

    i know no fish have been taken out of maebrook pool because they may be helding competitions on their after speaking to the baylis , the stock that came from withy according to the park rangers came from other pools near town park can not remember what they said btu they did say about 150 carp was put in

    Love to come for night or two this weekend ... but because of family commitments i carnt so just doing the day session somewhere on the Sunday i migh take you up on fture offers tho keep me informed

    would you say its ok to night fish on your own their or can it be a bit dodgy , i have still not ever fished blue pool always wanted to just rumours are sort of off putting

    Helllo, For my birthday me and my mate are going to do 4/5 night session instead of our usual overnighter i was jsut wondering is their any where worth a dabble i live in Telford i have been to many of local waters but just fancy a change i dont mind travelling out of telford or even out of county. so overall just wondering where you all would recommend. Thanks

    15 biggest iv had my mate had 19 .... yes overhanging tree is my fav spot they seem to patrol just infront of it I usually put one their and another out into middle ... however finding a solid bait to use I'm unsure catfood, sweetcorn or meat iv had them on last time I went I think every carp in pool was on the surface theirs loads of them quite heavily stocked in my opinion

    i fish the top alot more i feel alot more confident and have had better sessions and larger carp out of that one

    Their ain't nothing round the 30lb mark but 1 or 2 low twenties I do pretty well on cat food their
