If any of you have a family member who collects Tesco club points then by using them is the cheapest way to pay for some of the ferries and the best exchange value for the points.

We had two anglers travel down to us and the return ferry trip [tunnel I believe] was said to have cost them £15.00 each plus their vouchers.

I xheked recently for a quick trip and the prices were rediculous. portsmouth to caen was £287 this would have near doubled for my van and that was for a 3 day trip and just rules it all out.

 

Im hopeing i can find a few deals like the one last year through sea france at £40 return.

Don't think so, checked for going to France 23rd April and it was £180 for the car, which was about the same as last year.

 

After speaking to Angling lines they did say that Sea France where charging a premium because its Easter weekend, but P & O didn't
