    Yes as you said. Nothing to write home about however I suppose you get what you pay for. However if something breaks there customer service is top notch . I broke the block on my typhoon storm bivvy(totally my fault as i found out after watching the setup vid on youtube) they sent a new block out no questions asked within 2 days. I thought that was pretty good of them to do so to be fair.

    The base essentially doesnt have the vents. The base hq had the vents. Ive got a base 2 man and picked it up for approx £150 with a winter skin. Good bit of kit for the money 👍

    I currently use a set of sonik sk3 xtrs but the romantic in me is dying for a set of cork handle rods. Can anyone recommend a set that would cost around £100 per rod. I was looking at the sonik vader x cork handles but not sure it would be a downgrade from what im already using 😂

    Removed a washer and the line lay is now spot on. Cheers lads, even converted them to quick drag by taking the spring out the spool caps 🤣🤣

    Has anyone else had the issue of the line going onto the spool like a cone on their reels. Albeit there an old set of s5000t’s and have been the same for years but the time has come to re spool and dont want new line to cone like me line is now... any advice appreciated cheers

    evening gents can anybody explain the difference between the trakker tempest composite mb and the versions 1/2? apart form the massive difference in price, it doesn't seem to be clear the main differences. cheers

    i generally catch more fishing 2 rods, don't know why but I feel more confident with 2 rods and tend to fish more accurately..

    I am comfortable with approx 90 yards with my 3.25s.. so anything 100 and over really looking at around £100 per rod cheers

    Currently I have a set of fox warrior s 2.75’s which i couple with either fox eos 10000 or daiwa emblem s5000t’s or for longer distance fishing sonik sk3 xtr 3.25’s which I am looking to get rid of i want a stiffer rod for fishing at long distances can anybody recommend a good value casting tool?     Ive got 3 wychwood solace with reciever had them since 2013 and to be fair for the money i find are fantastic and they look good too. Only problem was one alarm has revently lost its tone but i left it in a bowl of salt over night and put it on a radiator for an hour and its now fine !
