Hi guys hope all is cool Im not sure i get the whole balanced bait thing! i mean i know how to do them but whats the reason? am i right in saying it means all the weight is in the hook so it flips or holds better? if this is the case then am i right in thinking a kd rig is best or am i mixed up?! also how do you judge how much foam/cork you need to use? thanks guys!

  19. Its all good i know the rig. your explantaion is spot on! Is it fine to just hair rig the pop up on as i see alot of people use bait floss instead?!? whats the reasoning?
  20. Cheers for that. iv had a quick sift through and yeah i dont think i really need it. just been a spait of blanks lately so wanted to try pop ups more and thought this would be good for them. I try not to get caught up in all this rig nonsense and have only really fished knotless knots....is this ok for pop ups or should i look to using a stiffer set up?! thanks!

  23. Im in shaftesbury so fish todbar mainly and coking farm so cant complain. but like the look of a couple of the lakes in the ringwood club plus isnt too expensive and gives me cheaper rates a coking. only downside i suppose is theres only a couple you can do nights on. wana try broadlands too...where do you go?
