ive fished cromwell a few times but never for the cats how many are in there?

hi all i am trying to find somewhere to fish that has a good head of carp and cats i live in huddersfield but will travel anywhere any advice on lakes would be great

hi id fish pit 5 on the pit 5-6 divide theres 3 bars out 1 about 40 yard 1 about 60 yards and and 1 abou 90 if i rember correctly.check out this link from the a1 pits forum it shows all the bars http://www.a1pits.co.uk/showthread.php/1299-pit-5-feature-s ive found that fishing a chod rig with a bright pop up as far as you can cast it normally works best and the other 2 rods on 1 of the bars with a scattering of cell.i hope this helps have a look at the a1 pits forum its always got good advice.

hi can any 1 help i live in huddersfield i normally fish raker or cromwell or a1 pits and fancy some where different for bank holiday.i have been told about wyreside fisheries and pendle view does anyone know what they are like and what baits work good.also any other venues within 2 hours of huddersfield.cheers.
