  1. Very thought provoking post this lads/lasses, i always check my hooks before tying a rig up, but i will be ultra checking them now
  2. Good point pal, me i.d probably change the hook alltogether, but does playing a fish put excessive pressure on a hook to the point of breaking

  10. I use the solar spikes for my pop up's and snowman rigs, as anybody else used these
  11. Seems ok to me except the tungsten weight could be more in the middle, also your bivvy needs to be tensioned, looks a tadge slack
  12. Also pal your drawing indicates tungsten tubing , that also for me is a definate no no as it could break, leadcore would be the way forward.

  14. Yes lads i did get my rig back and shall be using it as my lucky rig, he's better today after a restless night, i took him back vets last night for another jab to calm him down hope nobodys pet as to go through what my dog as had to endure, thank god for pet insurance
  15. It was a bolt rig, you should have seen him make a bolt for his basket to eat it
