fished the warren a few times, but there is no night fishing unless a member, otherwise thats where i would go, nice and local.

can anyone help, i am looking for a good 48hrs fishing for me and a mate, he has only just started carping and we need a good runs water to try, i need a confidence boost after a lean time in france recently and want to feel a good fish on, any ideas people, thanks for your help.

just got back from castaway 2, we had a good week, fished over particle and lots of it or a bed of boilies. we had a mix of carp and catfish, biggest cat was 86lb, caught on a fruit boilie they will take any bait so be aware, good gravel bottom. dont take your own paticle or pellet coz he checks everything including rigs and loose feed, carp were about, the biggest we got was 34lb, the big ones were on the far bank, u will need a bait boat to get there, its a lovely lake, very peaceful and good fishing, its a long drive though. good luck.

alright mate going to castaway 2 next week, i know that the bottom of that lake is gravel, dont know about lake 1, were told not to bait to heavy, we are taking cell, mixed fruit, quench boilies and ordererd tiger nuts there, will let u know how we get on.

anyone got any info about the limousin region, any signs of spawning yet, going in 2 weeks and am a little worried that will be the time!!

has any body fished here or knows anyone who has, any info would be grateful, going in 4 weeks and cant wait, thanks everyone.

the lake last year was called etoile, hope this ones better, heard some good reports so fingers crossed
