Im about to book a weeks holiday for the Family in Carnac and next to the site is a lake that is aparently stocked. does anyone have any info on carping in or near carnac, if you know the lake by the campsite then any info would be appreciated Cheers

I walked around it at the weekend as i spend a lot of weekends in Taunton id thought id spend some of em fishing. Has anyone fished there and can advise what its like? Thanks

i fished it at the weekend but used a size 8 with 2 fake maggots and about 4-5 live ones. i use PVA mesh to make up little parcels but clipped it onto the hook not the lead. pulled out 10 carp

After testing the braid i have been using in the bath last night i discovered that it floats! the only thing holding it down was the hook and swivel. Can anyone recommend me a braid that 100% sinks but still soft and supple? Ta
