Thanks for the heads up regarding the running rings. I just checked mine, I cant see how the line could cut into them? Maybe they've been updated?? I hope I dont have your issue, I purchased 5 kits. 🤞

Hi Yonny, Thanks for reaching out. I have some spare spools so will order some GT-HD, Do you reckon the 12lb line will be fine for 100 yard cast with 3.5oz leads? Thanks

Hi, I'm going to use zig floats for the first time at the weekend, my lake deepest swims are 16ft. I've never used zig floats before, my 3ft hook links consists of 11lb Korda zig line, Fox zig float, 3.5oz leads and fox aligners with Fox black foam and size 6 Korda Kamakura wide gape hooks. Is 15lb Korda subline (0.4mm) overkill as mainline, I'm paranoid about crack offs. Thanks
