russell1
don't cut the rubber untill you get it in, wet the rubber hold one end tight with your thumb and stretch it untill it pops in to the groove, let it go trim it off and bobs your uncle. That took about a month to master

Anyone had the same problem? I knew there was a reason that I stuck to Putty over a Stop knot or the Hook eye . If I need shot I make sure that it goes underneath the Pop-up on the Hair! pte1643
don't cut the rubber untill you get it in, wet the rubber hold one end tight with your thumb and stretch it untill it pops in to the groove Didn't cut the rubber, in fact I was holding one end with a pair of pliers. I couldn't get the rubber to stretch enough to get the diameter down so that it'd fit into the weight. When I thought it was narrow enough, I offered it up to the weight, but at this point I realised that you need an extra hand to push the rubber down. "Ping!!!"... [censored], there goes another one. tonybranno
I bought them and i dont use them now. I think you have gotta place the slot in the lead on the hooklink a certain way round as well, cos ive found it can screw up the presentation of the rig.
