how many rods can i use at boldings pools bridge north

ive fished there many times over the years but always used the pole there as the average size of the carp is only 3-6 lb but im sure its a 2 rod limit

Had a walk around it with my lad last year fishing mixers in the summer, only need one rod to catch a few we had quite a few doubles.
