hi all. i've just signed up for membership with the CS.

i've tried searching the threads but all this info is a little dated.

 

can anyone give me any details on stock levels (just the 20's and 30's)

and how busy does it get mid week from spring to autum.

 

i have fished the venue before the freeze and spoke to few locals. from the word go i got the impression they was chucking me a curv ball and was trying to put me off. the web site CLAIMS 70 30's and yet the locals said its more like 20 to 25. other comments like ''this place isn't that good mate'' and other stuff. this just makes me think 'then why are you here'

never fished the place, but thease people are just trying to put you off mate. i got the cold shoulder at my syndicate when i first whent, now they come talk to me a couple of fish later show them whos boss personally if your not a numpty askin stupid questions you will get a warm reception from me cant be botherd with all thease secreat people its supposed to be fun

Great place and im sure there are a few decent fish in there. 70 30s is a monster amount but there is definatley plenty to go at.

Some of the most stunning fish in the country, for that reason alone i wouldnt pay attention to those who are clearly trying to throw a spanner in.
