carlsg Posted September 7, 2009 Report Posted September 7, 2009 theres a few threads on it ive fished it five times in the last four months and its been hard going not many carp are showing them selfs was down there last week on sunday and the same story again one guy had been there since the thursday and had only managed one out even christine the owner said its been really slow part of the problem i think is the ammount of preasure on the venue and the ammount of bait folk are putting in there since becoming a season ticket holder in june have only managed one bream out im sticking with it though as the numbers fishing it are droping slowly due to the weather so may make a difference hope that answers a few for you buddy Quote

Quote
carlsg Posted September 7, 2009 Report Posted September 7, 2009 not to far then really as the season ticket is only £50 at willesley so can work out cheaper than to pay the £6 every day you fish it if your going to hit it often Quote
hat1971 Posted September 7, 2009 Author Report Posted September 7, 2009 thats so cheap.and you can fish nights on that season ticket.? Quote
carlsg Posted September 8, 2009 Report Posted September 8, 2009 no days only on season ticket and then £8 per night Quote
seleb Posted September 8, 2009 Report Posted September 8, 2009 How much is it for the full ticket? ie: nights and days Quote
carlsg Posted September 8, 2009 Report Posted September 8, 2009 she doesnt do one mate only day season two rods is £50 and three rods £75 http://www.fisheries.co.uk/willesley/index.htm Quote
seleb Posted September 8, 2009 Report Posted September 8, 2009 Oh right, i know my mate has a midweek ticket that he paid about 200 for so i thought they would do a full 24 / 7 ticket too Quote
carlsg Posted September 8, 2009 Report Posted September 8, 2009 you could allways email christine and ask contact details are on the link i posted Quote
seleb Posted September 8, 2009 Report Posted September 8, 2009 you could allways email christine and ask contact details are on the link i posted It's alright, i'm not interested in fishing the place. I just wondered how many 100s they would charge to then have to share it with day ticket anglers??? Quote
godflesh Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 Is it really £8 a night to fish Willesley nowadays? So if you wanted to spend alot of time on there it would cost a shedload of cash!! If it was my target water i would have to fork out close to £500 a year to fish the amount i like to do. Did hear a rumour that Christine is jacking it after this year and the place will go up for sale. Quote
