where to go in france ?

I am going to try a french lake for the first time in a few months,is there any advice on which to try or which to avoid.Does'nt have to be a runs water but somewhere to catch a few decent ones in a week would be good. Any help appreciated

Go to Les Burons France, top class venue, fish from high twentys to high fortys, you will be well looked after.
