Have a look at Crystal Waters web site,www.crystalwatersfishery.com, give karen a call at this moment they have your dates available on a drive and survive. Crystal Waters offers 25 acres of prime carp fishing, two islands, loads of features,14 excellent swims to choose from and with a 10 angler limit you have plenty of water to fish into. Carp over 50lb ( lake record 53lb 10oz ),lots of 40s and even more 30+ fish,in total over 5.5 tonnes of carp. 3 1/2 hour drive from calais. Its a new fishery only 3 years old,ive fished it 7 times and had some very good carp. Also they are a family run business and offer that personal touch, let me no what you think. Very best of luck parapat
tr3ble99
I've just stumbled on Anglersfishingguide.com. What a great website ,very easy to navigate and they only recommend a certain amount of venues in france . I am contemplating booking into lillypool lake based on their advice. After over 10 years reading about fishing and watching discovery realtime about angling I have finally taken the plunge. Can someone recommend me any more sites. mrs_rusheslake
Sorry to disagree with you treble BUT.... the anglers fishing guide is certainly NOT what you describe. It is a subscription service ( They have been trying to sell me a subscription) and the lakes are NOT recommended they are just lakes who have paid their money to advertise. OP there are plenty of waters, some which you will find on the 'sticky' at the top of this forum. There are plenty of waters that have had reviews which you can find on the net. If you dont want to drive far then why not give Genesis a thought or two... opening this year Eddie & Val will certainly look after you, I am sure with a few anglers giving reviews will see this lake as a good one!
