poleaxe21
I was a student at Welbeck when it was a military college. Is still partially Mod run but god knows what they're doing there. When the college got relocated to Loughborough we were told that the entire estate was being given back to Perenti (weird old git that lives there). I popped in on my travels a few weeks back and much of the abbey itself is now fenced off and MoD guards everywhere. There are some nice carp in there. I had a few during my time there. Not sure where the MoD would stand on fishing there now. Would be interested to find out though. Drop me a PM if you do find anything. Sorry couldn't be of any help
