vinyljunkie Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 hi i know this is probably a long shot but the power of the internet and all that ! does anyone on here know of, or a member of the Saffron Walden Angling Club ?? i am thinking of joining as they have a couple of nice looking waters, mainly Whittlesford Pit and maybe bordeaux pit ! i am not after any hidden secrets or bait advice i am more than happy to do my own homework just wondered if someone could tell me a bit about the club, the waters etc ?? can u night fish these waters ? I'm sure if you're polite they will be only to glad to help and wont mind you calling. That way you get the info first hand rather than a maybe incorrect answer. Best of luck, the waters look nice and all for a very reasonable fee. Quote
stotty Posted February 18, 2009 Report Posted February 18, 2009 Hi I have fished them for about 3 years you can only night fish with an invitation and this cost about 3 times the ticket price. It’s a good club for the money but most of the year you can only fish 1 rod. Quote
