My brother is travelling up on the 28th for a day's fishing with me and our Dad. We're all into carping but haven't fished now for 3-4 years. We're looking for somewhere with some decent carp present, ideally in the doubles (and upwards), to get us back into the swing of things. Without sounding fickle - I feel like all three of us need a guaranteed catch to prevent us going another 3-4 years without a rod in hand We live just outside Manchester but don't mind travelling anything up to an hour for a good day's fishing.
