I used to fish it as a boy and caught many beautiful wildies and commons between 8 and 18 lbs. I hear that a syndicate may have it now and they keep themselves to themnselves, but I would like to go there again and have a go for old times' sake? Day ticket from a guy who wasn't at all well - had had most of his stomach removed due to cancer IIRC. Loads of carp there then - we used to sit with our chairs in the water and the carp would brush your legs as they swam by!! Was a lovely pool - we knew it as Moss Mere.
